Zero Waste Mission
We do everything we can here at Picture Perfect Ranch to eliminate waste and reuse/recycle!
-We recycle plastic, metal, glass and cardboard.
​-We feed all of our safe table scraps and leftover produce to our animals or put it in our compost for the garden
-We donate empty feed bags to local farms to repurpose them
-We use our alpaca manure as fertilizer for our house plants, flower and veggie gardens. (We also always have some available if you are in need of some as well!)
Want to help?! You can always drop off your produce donations for the animals at any time here at the ranch!
Please do NOT feed it directly to the animals so we can check to make sure everything is safe before feeding it to them! Did you know horses can't eat tomatoes?! We didn't either! Some fruits and veggies are fine for one pasture but not all!

Did you know alpaca manure is the best natural fertilizer for vegetables, flower gardens, and even house plants?! It's lower in organic matter than manure from other farm animals but still has enough to improve soil texture and water-holding capacity. Alpaca Beans do not have to be "aged or cured"- so you apply it directly to your garden or plants if you don’t want to add them to your compost! Message us anytime to pick up a 5-gallon bucket for $20! Bring back the same bucket for $5 off your next load!
