• Exclusive access to the entire ranch. You will be the only photographer and group here during your photography rental. No worrying about working around other photographers, their clients, or passing traffic!​

• Full access to ALL props on the property including our 1962 Ford 250, 1949 Farmall tractor, creek access (bring shoes to hike back to the creek if you wish to do so!), flowers, hay bales, newly built white barn, small pond, forest/creek bed areas, dirt pile with Tonka trucks and so much more!

• Visit with our furry friends and feel free to capture some candid shots of your clients interacting through the fence!

• (Please do NOT feed the animals!!! The strangest things can be toxic to them! If you would like cow or alpaca treats to help interact during your session - we can make that happen!)
