• Exclusive access to all 7 acres. You will be the only photographer here during your photography rental. No worrying about working around other photographers, their clients or passing traffic!

• Full access to the client closet full of outfits, accessories and props for a variety of ages.

• Full access to ALL props on the property including our 1955 Jeep Wagoneer, 1962 Ford 250, restored vintage camper, vintage and modern furniture staged throughout the property, creek access, elaborate enchanted garden area, pine tree grove, small pond, forest/creek bed areas, white barn, swings and so much more!

• Visit with our furry friends and feel free to capture some candid shots of your clients interacting through the fence! (Please do NOT feed the animals though! The strangest things can be toxic to them!)
